Roberto Cambara is a construction professional with a strong background in hospitality operations, renovation management, and facility oversight.

Before founding Voluminous, Roberto built his career in Boston’s hotel industry, serving as a Chief Engineer for high-rise and boutique properties. In this role, he managed capital projects, renovations, and day-to-day building operations—ensuring each property maintained the highest standards of safety, functionality, and guest experience. He worked closely with local inspectional services and fire departments, developing a deep understanding of compliance, building systems, and operational efficiency.

This firsthand experience continues to shape his approach today.

At Voluminous, Roberto leads projects focused on planning, communication, and execution—particularly in active, occupied environments where coordination and timing are critical. His background allows him to anticipate challenges, align with client priorities, and deliver solutions that support both immediate needs and long-term property performance.

Outside of work, Roberto enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of the outdoors, including snowmobiling and ATV riding.

Krista Cambara has played an integral role in the foundation and growth of Voluminous, supporting business operations, client coordination, and varied functions since the company’s early stages.

With a background in the hospitality industry, Krista brings a strong understanding of service, communication, and responsiveness—skills that have helped shape the client experience at Voluminous.

Krista has also been active in local chambers and industry associations, helping Voluminous stay connected and engaged within the communities it serves.

Kym Fischer is the Business Manager at Voluminous, overseeing operations, client coordination, and the systems that keep projects running efficiently from start to finish.

Kym brings a strong background in hospitality, having worked with leading brands such as Four Seasons and Marriott International, where she specialized in event planning and coordination. This experience developed her ability to manage complex logistics, timelines, and client expectations—skills that translate seamlessly into the fast-paced demands of construction and renovation projects.

At Voluminous, Kym plays a central role in aligning clients, teams, and project timelines, ensuring clear communication and a high level of organization throughout every phase.
